Suu for Claude — Connector Guide

Read-only connector

Suu is a water-tracking app for iOS and Android. This connector links your Suu account to Claude so you can chat with your own hydration data in natural language. Claude can read your data to answer questions and encourage you — it can never change, delete, or share it.

1Set it up in Claude

In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
Paste the server URL:
https://mcp.suuapp.com/mcp
Leave the optional OAuth Client ID / Secret fields empty and click Add.

2Sign in to Suu

Click Connect. The Suu sign-in page opens.
Sign in with Google, Apple, or your email & password — the same account you use in the Suu app.
You're returned to Claude and the connector is ready.

Requires a free Suu account. No premium or special access needed.

3Try it

"How much water have I had today and how close am I to my goal?"
"How has my hydration been over the last two weeks?"
"What's my hydration streak and which badges have I earned?"
"What's left on my hydration plan for today?"

Privacy & security

Read-only: the connector never writes, deletes, or shares your data.
Your data only: every request is scoped to your own account; it can't reach anyone else's data.
Secure sign-in: authentication is handled by Firebase (Google/Apple/Email) over OAuth 2.1; the connector never sees your password.
